The Red Matter Shovel is an upgraded version of the Dark Matter Shovel. The digging speed is faster and it has an additional charge level to destroy an even larger amount of dirt.

Pressing the "V" key with it equipped, charges its special ability. By right-clicking on a block, it will destroy all dirt/sand-type blocks in a small-to-medium area on one altitude level depending on the charged level:

(note: this DOES consume redstone/other fuel, and will NOT work without fuel.)
